A few simple habits keep our crew safe and your pickup on time, every week.
Our routes start very early in the morning. Set your cart out the night before your pickup day so you never miss us.
Roll it up with the wheels touching the curb and the lid opening toward the street.
Loose trash blows down the street and out of the truck. Bag everything and tie it shut.
Overweight bags are how crews get hurt. Split heavy loads into two bags.
Break cardboard down flat. Whole boxes eat your cart space and block the lid.
A propped lid spills on the route. If it won't close, ask us about an overflow pickup.
Unsafe for our crew, damaging to the truck, or banned at disposal facilities.
A serious fire risk in the truck and at the landfill. Drop these at a hardware store or recycling center.
Fire risk. Make sure ashes are completely cold, then bag them.
Household hazardous waste. Dry latex paint out completely, or use a county drop-off.
These can rupture under compaction. Return propane to a dealer.

They jam collection equipment. Most tire shops accept them.
E-waste is restricted from landfills. Use an electronics recycling drop-off.
Cuts hands and tires, even when it's bagged. Keep it out of the cart.
Extremely heavy and damaging. Ask us about a debris haul instead.
Lumber, drywall, shingles, and cabinets — we'll haul these separately.
These don't fit and can't be compacted — that's what junk removal is for.
Here's where we're different from most haulers: when something doesn't belong in your cart, you don't have to go find a second company. We haul it.

Had a big week? Extra bags beside a full cart aren't part of standard weekly service, but we don't want to just leave them either. Send us a message before your pickup day and we'll quote a quick overflow pickup, or fold it into your next visit.
Grass clippings, leaves, and brush don't go inside your trash cart. If you have yard debris or storm cleanup, contact us for a debris haul — we handle those as a separate job.
Nine times out of ten it's one of these: the cart went out the morning of instead of the night before, access was blocked, the lid was propped open, or something on the list above was inside.
