Yes, and it is our strongest work. We empty the community carts that collect bagged trash at clubhouses, pools, courts and mail kiosks, on a weekly schedule quoted to the association. We do not walk the property changing liners in individual cans.
Yes. Communities can put every home on valet as an association-wide service, quoted by number of homes. Our crew sets each cart out on pickup day and returns it where it belongs. It is an added cost to the association, and it lands best in senior and active-adult communities.
